Kids at Hope is a CULTURAL framework which at its core, BELIEVES-CONNECTS-TIME TRAVELS with all kids, No Exceptions! What you are doing is growing hope. You can’t implement a culture you need to grow it. It takes patience and commitment. It starts with CULTIVATING the soil. Making sure the soil is full of good nutrients. The people are the nutrients. Next, you plant the KAH hybrid SEED. You do that through training, technical assistance, and coaching. Once you seed KAH you support its ROOTING so BELIEVING-CONNECTING-TIME TRAVELING are anchored deep in your soil. You must water the seed, attend to the seed, fertilize it, and protect it so its root system is strong. Lastly, you support its GROWTH inside and outside your organization and community. You harvest it and share the harvest with everyone!!
