Kiwanga Skills Community Centre

Kiwanga Integrated Skills Training Centre (KISTC) is a program of Daughters of Charity designed to realize objectives such as training children of the age 4 years to 17 years living with disabilities in basic life and vocational skills, advocating for good parenting and change of attitude towards people living with disabilities in our community in order to create a conducive environment for resettlement,  looking for markets and employment opportunities where graduates who have acquired skills from KISTC can be employed in the community for the betterment of their lives and training parents in better skills of handling issues affecting their children and utilizing the vacant premises with dilapidating buildings of the former Kiwanga  Charity Home. As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility, KDHF supports volunteer efforts and works closely with KISTC.
